to AB, I was thinking of top 25, maybe more. Also those that do have big bankroll tend to level up and use those benefits of higher levels. So everyone, who's been active in the game can get enough kills to be on that list.

My estimation is that at the most 6 months would be needed for a non-spender to get on PBR. Also high level players would enjoy getting medals for their fishing gains.

I'll edit my post, because you are right, I didn't make clear that it would need bigger margin for medals.
