Subject: NLP Fair

The new fair will based on old one with few changes. First it will need entry tickets. Entry tickets will be bought by NLP(new loyalty point ) but it also needs few changes in LP system. Currently LP is gain by battle only . It should be change so every aspect of game include sea, jousting, loligo, mining, outpost attacks, training ( yes even training, it gets time and clicks so it proves person is loyal to game) , lumber ,talking in local chat (per line posted in local, spammer still get ban

) , public forums activity (not include clan forums), etc will pay some NLP , the amount each part will be different. This NLP won�t be used in gc/lp shop and just for using in to buy entry tickets to fair
Each entry tickets will limit player to spend a certain amount of gold in fair ( for example each ticket let player spend 10 mil).
With new system everyone who logs and play will have a chance to gain some tickets depend on his activity.
The fair should have new item in change with old fair. Since many clans has buildings for potion and food, they won�t be interesting to be include in fair ( except it is fixed price potions ).
Some equipments, skills can also be added to fair so none spender or new players have a chance to get a decent skill or item ( not a 2000k helmet

or DK ) but a weaker version if ZA or equipments with smaller stats.
The fair can have some games like the old ones (personally I miss the duck lol ) . But 1-2 slots in chance to win more tickets?
Also an exchange section, for player who may not have a lot of gold but stones and gc. It will buy the stones at certain prices (like gibbet) but player have to spend that gold in fair and can�t take it out. Also I suggest it won�t sell back the stones or gc.
The exchange can also change one stone to another with a rate for example 2 saps to 1 elements or 1 element to 15 helix. 500 plats to 1 helix and such.
Another section can be potion that makes gc shop items 20% cheaper for 24 hour.
In this system, everyone who will be active will have a chance to get something nice. It won�t need to much coding, since all fair and slot codes are already ready, just some alternation, even LP code is ready just it need few changes to include all aspect of game.
At the end it should not be just one week, maybe a whole month so players have time to collect NLP
The NLP system can remain in game till next fair comes ( twice a year maybe ? ) so it helps the activity in dw.
It also helps to balance game a bit more for active newbies and weaker players and give them a chance to improve.
Another benefit is it helps for people who spend since they can exchange their item in fair, they may be more interested to buy some packs or gc.

p.s all numbers are just examples, the rates and numbers should e change due to the market or other factors
