| those clanless people would ahve to have some sort of experience in the game, know how to handle resources, and would actually have to be handled by a member of staff to ensure that resources aren't squandered/stolen for personal benefits. Once he/she feels the clan is n good hands they can pass on the clan and return to their own if they so wish. |
