 Subject: all i'm talked . . .
. . here is to make sure that newbie get mentor since the first time they login. So, they will learn play DW faster.

With advice from the mentor,, the newbie will give no attention in their stats, and they will play DW in many other ways.
Just make sure that they feel fun in playing DW.
