well that really depends on what kind of contest it is. If it's a Role Play Tournament then it should be in the RP forum, if it's a contest where someone would win prizes from the game itself (Gold helix sapps etc.) then it should be in the GD Forum, and same for a NGD contest (though nothing for that comes to mind). But that's just me
