| If an admin was to decide the rate every 24 hours (12pm DW time) they can go by the lowest if it's reasonably close to the next cheapest. They can judge if it's working out fair. Everyone knows Feltash wouldn't let anyone be able to get away with what you said could happen it would be made so that can't happen obviously. |
