I think a good idea would be to move that back to at least 5.

Clan name changing makes the game more interesting.

you get a crazy clan name one month and have members change names to fit the clan"Farmers,Shampoo".. change it up and make it fun.. 10 sapphs for a clan name change i thank will kill the fun a little.. but just my opinion
