 Subject: keep it simple
Half those are unnecessary. Fire Water Dark Holy and maybe Earth and Lightning are already pushing it. Prob too big of an addition to be considered. and it would make everything more complicated. But not altogether a bad idea. Maybe make certain objects/items elemental (using element maybe?) which would boost power or your stats in some way?
