| You know those special deal pop-ups? Thats where you can usually find them. You use real life cash to purchase them. Also, there was a place called the Devil's Dyke (spelling?) which had some fantastic level 1 equipment. Its currently not here. Another way, is at the Auction House. People who have purchased them will sometimes sell the items at the AH. Feltash puts some up for bidding at times. Don't know any other way. Hope I helped you!
