| I amn't sure...but here's my take on it... Before,there was just stars per 1000 (up to 3000) Now,there aren't as many spammers just trying to get the stars, they're aiming for titles,which can be achieved gradually at intervals mentioned above. It also encourages activity and communication between clan members!!!  |
