 Subject: what if...
players could gain titles for great deeds and feats of strength in westland? these would appear beneath your username on your profile, next to your name in chat and underneath your name in forum posts. You could choose which of your titles (if you gained multiple titles) to display in your 'Account' tab.

for example, if you killed the Jiger, you would earn the title of 'the Slayer', or if you made over 1 mil gold from fishing you could use the title 'the Fisher', and so on and so forth. You could put certain quests in the DF you can only access at high levels which grant titles.
You could also have titles based on seasonal events, such as if you killed 1,000 trolls during the current invasion, you would gain the title 'the troll slayer', or a title based on quests you could complete during festive seasons, ie valentines or christmas.

Clans could also grant titles to their members if they paid a certain fee to Felt, such as 50 sapps, and could only do so for higher ranking members, maybe officers.
They could also strip titles that they gave, regardless of if a member has left (to avoid people bailing on clans).

I think this would be a cool idea, what does everyone else think?
