can anyone tell me if there are any benefits of going past level 23 in outpost levels.....the top level (excepting Feltash) seems to be level 23.

Do you get better troops past level 23 i.e. more attack/defence then level 23 troops and if so what are they called?.

I would be interested in knowing this for long term planning.
