| like Onion and Melon said, it's not because you have a large amount of members that you actually help them in the game. When you have a core amount of players, you can monitor progress, you can search incentives to help them build up their character, you can take time to answer their questions on an individual basis. Having a big clan only results in having inactive members inside, not beeing kicked out. Or players 'out of control' leveling up to level 50 in three days without you noticing it, and then complaining on how they get slaughtered at each revive and how unfair it is. |
