I believe the results were about the same.

If you are going to be busy in RL you may want to try early. I had three busy days, about 12 hours away each day, and I found my vine got a disease each day I had to cure each time and of course the harvest meter was going back. 3 days no progress and I might have at least got one harvest if I had tried.
