	I am pretty sure you can buy with GC, often to buy items that aren't in package you can mail Feltash on what you want and he tells you a price in GC. Which means if you want something that is $50, 600 GC should take care of it, unless he makes sure that you actually BOUGHT the GC instead of earning them in game.
