| Dear KoK, As a former Farmer's customer service agent, i wanted to write in appreciation of your post. It is important to Farmers agents that the feel they are making an impact, public recognition is such a nice ancillary benefit. Although individual service providers generally provide wholesale service, it is a mark of their professionalism that you feel personally served. Now as to your specific case, after a quick check of your file, it seems that it was not a question of your insurance policy after all ( Though Farmers insurance is a great policy to buy). Several groups ranging from Greenpeace to the SeaSheapard and the Shark Foundation have lodged complaints that you unfairly scoop up sharks while fishing. Until the allegations that you are providing shark fin for various restaurants are cleared up, you will be discouraged from fishing.
