	the player who wants to change clan and not wait 7 days can do so at the cost of 500 GC. It's a one use option only, and it only involves that player. Not the entire clan, and not more than one clan change. Meaning that if you want to visit another clan and not stay clanless for 14 days, i'll cost you 1000 GC (the going ticket and the return ticket).
