| was implemented when buildings were, in order to avoid people jumping from one clan to another to do some shopping. I think the goal was to encourage clans to fight for medals, to earn their own buildings, instead of using those of the alliances. It had consequences on mercenary techniques and on newbies, though. Don't think we'll drop the waiting time for all. Would make sense to drop it for newbies though. |
