I think this one should win, also may i add a wee bit more

Maybe the higher the mine level the higher chance of getting a gold nugget.

Also you could buy things for gold out of the mining shop, like 50% more golden nuggets for 24 hours etc this would mean more people would use there reset tokies blah blah
