| runes that can be attached to weapons or equipment you have to go to the blacksmith not that rip off idiot again  he will charge you for the ability to add a rune slot to a piece of equipment. each item type has a maximum amount of runes that can be added. each rune could give a boost of some description to the character and if tom is feeling really creative could add in runewords that add greater enhancements to equipment. the problem is once a rune is used it becomes permanent. this would help make weapons more unique and set the weapons market off being useful again runes could be found in the DF, Loligo, fishing and the mines. the higher the level your working at the greater the chance of finding the rarer runes |
