Go to speedtest on the panel where you click on the testing server zoom out and drag across the map to US - Columbus, Ohio.

Point is that you CAN NOT do 11000 kills (6 kill per second or a kill every 0.1666s) without having to recharge energy or loose in townfight without using automation. Funny how author of this post is silent since having such a big speech.
