 Subject: for security reasons
like not leaving your boat on sea all night, and have it sunk every revive, the boat comes back automatically at the dock after 30 sec. If you clic on something (anything) in seafare every 30 sec or less, the boat stays in position.

Could be wrong, but that's what i remember.
