| not bad idea, few flaws : 1- finding old ppl with right knowledge and enough time to handle mass noobs is a bit hard if not impossible,why should ppl do such huge job for nothing? 2- noobs usually stay loyal to the clan that teach them how to play, such training clan will remove that loyalty 3- a clan with every building for free is not fair to all other clan who worked hard for their medals, and they cant compete to recruit noobs , specially if this clan give out free potions and such ,there will be no point of training anyone for other clans regards |
