Subject: Westland 'take under the wing' training/mentorship sessions
Scenario: master(over level 95) and a trainee(under level 15).. > thus, levels could be modified based on the agreement of the two.
When you think about it,, this programme can actually be done without the setting up of any structured process.. Therefore it is not an idea in any way new, and therefore it can be done by any set of warriors,, maybe specifically in clans..> or no clan..

An example of what could be used in these sessions >> would be for Experienced warriors to share their XP points with newbies to assist them in leveling up..[hence, would this be wise to do with lv1 characters?]

What other ideas can be exchanged between both Experienced warrior and newbie?
Example> Teaching a newbie the experiences faced by a seasoned warrior, the mistakes that they went through, so that the trainee should know how to better survive in the Westlands.

Can a strong and experienced warrior protect his newbie from the ven? Maybe not.. but maybe he could loan his strong lv1 weapons and other gear to his newbie so that the battle may be a bit interesting the next time,, hopefully

Uplift a trainee by means of educating them on how to be a Great warrior!> ie. maybe joining a clan; being patient in making good battle decisions,, or making great deals in the market that could make a person very rich if the market is played right

What are topics that can be used for this programme.. What may be seen as Benefits,or Disadvantages,or Strengths,or Weaknesses >> that will aid newbies to better mature to become the seasonal Great Dark Warriors of Tomorrow?

What inventory are the best to leave equipped for newbies.. What type of gear or action set or stat boosting equipment would be ideal for a particular class of warrior, be it a Mage, Swordsman, thief, etc. The mature warrior should also advise the newbie about what not to do in the lands of Westlands to be jailed. Give examples in point form of things that should never be done and which is forbidden...

In the light of the recent developments made to the game, with respect to the different diseases issue, that reside in each town, and also the condition of equipment that can be damaged and would need to be repaired for a price. But i think it would be really cool if you could also do a repair of your armor at the Blacksmith for a certain amount of Ore, whether it be Burelia or Alteite, and the amount of Ore needed would also depend on the type of equipment that need the repair. Wouldn't it be cool to also have available for purchase, a special ring that would be able to make all your gear on your character unbreakable once it is worn.

Also, would it be nice for a mentor to cover the expense cost for his trainee initially, by means of sending gold to the trainee if equipment need to be repaired? The question is, what other recent development(s) has arisen that could be integrated for assistance to newbies by their mentors? -- kinda jus like clan members assisting their clan, and in return, being mentored by other clan members,, and jus feeling a sense of belonging to something.

...The Grandmaster of the training facility suddenly awakes from his trance of deep meditation. He realises that there are so many ideas that are not readily known to everyone, especially newbies. New ideas and advice always seem to be at the tip of his fingers but never seem to be clear in his mind. Any assistance to put all these ideas into structured advice need to be gathered into a huge manuscript which will be shared by all willing to receive great knowledge.

He realises that he cannot do it alone. He need to get further assistance... Then, and only then, will he be able gain rest from his never-ending meditation for answers to his never-ending questions.

Great ideas and suggestions are definitely needed and welcomed..
