 Subject: maybe i missed something
but
it might be better to go out of your way to get a disease that least effects the way you play the game that way you won't contract a disease that will.

for example
if you have no intention of using Ecc and Occ then try and catch Paresis when it hits Orithia. but don't cure yourself.
if what i've read is true in that you can only have one disease then you can carry on playing like the disease thing never happened.

also means you don't have to bother wasting APs on Immunity.
