 Subject: Should the ranges for luck and wisdom be the same?
if(NUMBER > 14000 AND NUMBER < 15000){
You have gained +1 luck!
}
if(NUMBER > 14000 AND NUMBER < 15000){
You have gained +1 wisdom!
}

Depending on how the program flow handles that, I would expect it to yield either just luck or luck and wisdom simultaneously. Experience suggests it gives just luck, and that would explain why nobody's ever gotten wisdom.
