| as you know, I'm a mentor for the lyceum. And the amount of recruits that actually finish the quests, or stay in the game once they finish all the quests is pretty poor. Remember you had to install a 1 million dollar fee for the clan owners to have the names of the newly graduated just in order to make sure they were taken care off afterwards, and remember that it did not work at all either (cfr clan owners forum). It takes a lot of time, and work, to manage the lyceum. And it takes away newbies from other clans that could train them as well. When Berlock had the mandatory lyceum step, we saw people popping in just to complete it and then popping out immediately to return to their respective training camps outside. It makes more sense to give them the choice in the first place. |
