| We pay to kill, not get paid to teach. frankly how we do things now would be forced into changing not that it hasnt before since cbr has changed several times. Right now we are picky and choosey in who we recruit and join the clan. Everyone in the clan helps to teach and we do our best to get them best equiptment and get subbies and ultra. Our clan is small and we can do this but- there is no way we can come up with the resources and money to keep doing this with the new cbr plan that we are seeing posted but it doesnt mean its a bad idea-just that we have to change along with it. We also taking into accounting just how many will still quit and we wont and dont throw away anything for anyone. We are also looking at us having 14 members which mean if all is active we will only be getting 14 points per kill compared to your clan of 4,700 which if even half are active would be 2300 per kill. The cost of elements and a prize of healing which we dont need also isnt giving us a reason to do this. We are also waiting to see the question of how losses will be added into this. So far im not seeing that as balanced. theres alot to consider here and these are just some of what we are discussing. |
