| They all stare at me With odd shaped eyes They all stare at me With hatred and despise What is wrong with me? Is there something on my face? What is wrong with me? Why do they look down, am I a disgrace? I feel separated They treat me like I don’t exist Am I rock? Lost in a great big mist? I look just like them Nothing much of difference I have eyes, a nose, a mouth But somehow I feel left out They all stare at me With odd shaped eyes They all stare at me With hatred and despise Many of those who stare Whisper behind my back Mostly of how they are scared If I ever try to fight back I would never do such a thing I am very gentle I would never hurt a thing Not even a harmless beetle But no matter what I do They will always stare So I take a rock And end my misery right there |
