first u need to buy certain stuffs from fish emporium.
I think u have a row boat. if not but it. then go in fish emporium & buy this stuffs long rod, large hook, bread ,normal line.

then go to this location in x=26,y=2,d=3
you will get wrass(900 gold each) catch as many as u can.
also reffer to the guide in game help of fishing pal it will help u a lot.
