The ground shakes The buildings tumble time stands still ,frozen blood spills bodies pile can anyone save them? will anyone try? families and friends are torn apart tears fall from unseen eyes, screams from hidden lips pierce the silence silence? but cant you hear their screams? silence but cant you see their tears? why do you just stand and watch? together we can help, together we can save them all. Another poem from my very young friend. I found it heartfelt & personal. And sadly tragic. I hope others appreciate it as much as I.  |
