	as 50%. some clans do not go that high or tax at all. and now YOU, however, can go BEYOND what your clan wants to tax you if they tax less than 50%, BUT you can only go as high as 50% now (used to be 90% - actually, I think you used to be able to set it as high as 100%). this all means that if you or the clan sets your tax rate beyond 0%, the clan earns that percentage.
