the problem is two tiered.

first, dw is pricing itself out of the market. the cost of 1 element in a game{ i know it is a business} at regular cost, cost more then 2 gallons of gas, more then 2 gallons of milk and even more then 1.5 lbs of meat. the current model is doubling or matching {via sales specials} the cost of living necessity products. an one elements gets participation in 3 or 4 pages of the ven. i think there is a better equation to this answer, that will lead both to higher sales through greater participation numbers.

secondly, the last cbr model needed some tweaks. this new cbr model is unreasonable. this game is cbr/ven centered. when you make what is the center of your product unaffordable to 99.94% of your sales base how can you find success???

the cbr needs to be more then ven based. there needs to be 2 or 3 different part of it. IE.. ven, markets, fishing or ven fishing and gambling.in this newest cbr model noobs and investing into anything other then elements is wasted investment. which means the the majority of sales are coming from the smallest % of the sales base and with only 3 or 4 clans with the bank enough to run a cbr races. these clans have no need to train or invest into new players. when 8 to 13 top 50 ven killers and 1500 elements can win EVERY cbr. using current cbr i would bet farmers used close to 1000 elements in 10 days. that is 3000 US dollars, if the elements are all bought at half price for participating in a 3rd of a cbr contest. these sales numbers are never going to add up to success for a long term model. it is killing what is the focus of the game. i feel there is a better cbr and sales model for this game. i hope it is realized sooner then later!!!!!
