As this is gauranteed CBR income, no change there.

The only change is that they will get more CBR points for killing stronger players.

The way to truly make this work, I believe, is to divide the no of CBR points by the number of kills.

I.e. 1 kill for 1000 points = 1000/1 = 1000
2 kills for 500 points = (2*500)/2 = 500
1 kill for 900 +
1 kill for 100 points = (100+100)/2 = 500

So a clan that only hits stronger playsers gets the most points, each easy kill reduces the overall CBR points average, so they will stay away from the weaker players.
