 Subject: Major Update : Elements
Elements can now ONLY be used if you are over level 30.

This change allows new players to learn the game, and still allows those more experienced players to experience the CBR and professional areas of the game.

We are going to be launching many new campaigns to introduce new players to the game in the coming months and intend to give you many more other players to meet, fight against and trade via this change.
