| say my OGN Name is StrifeOGN I sign in at the OGN home page with my email, and my Display name is then StrifeOGN on the OGN page, as well as the OGN chat... then I go to play on my world 1 character named Strife, and someone takes Strife in w2... it wouldnt make a difference if they took that name NOW, or took it in the "OGN Consortium" way... it doesnt change much but... say on my World one profile, my name would be Strife [234288] and somewhere special it would show my OGN Screenname (or I guess an option to hide it if you pelase) Then in w2, lets say my name there is Noobface, same thing.. there would be a special place showing my OGN Name "SrifeOGN". I guess for example If I wanted to get "Strife" as my OGN Screenname, It would be first come first serve.. anyway... then I would want to link my "unlinked" already established accounts from all 4 worlds, I would do it manually, and would need my password for those accounts, along with the emails and all that. so anyway.. If I was Strife in w1, and had that linked to "StrifeOGN" -> Strife [234288] (StrifeOGN) but in world 2, someone else was Strife? Well they would be Strife [xxxxxx] (TheirOGN). |
