	at least some people read the forums. I seem to see that newer players don't seem to understand what happened. Maybe: 1. upgrades should be lowered by 50% 2. fishing licences should be lowered by 25% 3. ability to fish from the banks for a smaller fee using the small rod, thin or normal line and small hooks.
