 Subject: Either Ways / Suggestion
As far as I can see this is a welcome change. Main reason is that custom made equips are too strong and well balanced char at lvl 229d o not stand a chance.

I am slightly disappointed as changes happen without notice. This update will definitely will get varied response depending on lvls of each player.

I now need to camp a bit longer to ensure that i do not get wiped out as soon as i enter 30

Suggestion : limit lvl cap to 2 or 3 lvl below to justify this update.
