Only way for dwelling to be worth it is to Dark Forest which might be Feltash's plan all along.

Personally unless I have spare plat, Im no longer bothering with the dwelling even tho mine is maxed out. Thats a lot of effort to go to just to earn 5000 gold per reset...because its actually 24,000 gold per day or 12,000 per reset. It only uses one Stone per reset..
