| but if people say nothing, then nothing gets changed. If you like a business, but you don't like the way they do some things then as a consumer you can say nothing and accept something that you think is substandard. Say something and encourage the business to reflect on what it is doing and how it might change to meet the demands of customers, or say nothing and take your custom elsewhere, leaving the business ignorant of why they do so poorly in keeping customers. |
