| If you're in low levels you're likely fighting low levels if you're venning to rack up kills, not much straying. And higher levels And you could just level up once attack outside your level 5 cap and drop back below it to stay in the cap. Wouldn't change anything, resources better spent on different improvements. And the level 30 change would mean a Lvl 2000 could attack a level 30? Good for them but I doubt anyone wants such a strong players tearing them apart. That's the sacrifice of leveling up, always has been. |
