if your question is, can I convert my gold back to real dollars: no, expect maybe the LP shop system where you can buy items that aren't virtual with your experience points.

if your question is: can i buy gold (items that can be converted in gold) with real dollars, yep, game shop. If you want quick cash in gold, you can buy GC and convert them in the Gibbet Shop.
