you can make your own custom weapon and upgrade it at triton -> blacksmith your weapon can be upgraded based on your character level.

BUT

if you want to add stat boost on a normal gears OR upgrade gears that already have a stat boost on it, your clan must hold Triton land title, upgrade will cost 1 sapphire. this upgrade need a certain requirement (mail me if you want further detail)
