Clan's are able to rent the Inn under the Clan Trading Post. This would allow members to purchase a beef stews for 24 protection from being attacked.

A good, active clan should be in a position to be able to loan newer members of the clan the required gold to purchase several beef stews for their protection. This would then allow these newer players the freedom to play the game as they desired, and during their day/s of being protected they could then either work to repay their debt through platinums gained from the Forest/Dark Forest, or by doing venning to help the clan obtain more medals.

If the price of the beef stews is too expensive, then the cheaper option would be to instead use Bitter Green Leaves and be attackable but hidden from the ven.

And yes, I am aware that this does require a clan to already have medals for the inn. However, I did a quick look and there is at least 20 clans with sufficient medals to rent the inn for at least one day.
