	I disagree. My equipment is undamaged, and I have leveled down, not up, and yet I'm doing significantly less damage against NPCs now - and I'm wearing more armour than when my damage was higher. I suspect NPCs may have been tweaked to be slightly stronger, I'm not sure - but not all cases like this should be dismissed as such.
