Subject: The value of a custom skill | |||||
| has many factors normally like text, name, damage, type of attack, abilities, accuracy, difficulty to implement ect. I would assume that the custom skill for LP would have set maximums for all of these... but as to where in the range it falls I am not sure and dont care to make a guess |
