 Subject: My guess would be that too but
Still there's no guarantee. I have 163 luck and it's breaking once every 5-15 battles, so if luck really is the decider, does that mean people with 3 luck will break their orbs every single battle? Hence, I wanted to ask and see if I get an official response on this one.
