 Subject: buy skill with RL moneys
in devious ridge you need to be a serten level to get a skill.
if i buy BF, bm, UED and other skills form the game credit shop douse it matter if i am only level 31 or will i need to level up to the requiered level alacated for the perticuler skill in devious ridge.
