Subject: excellent guys well done

I have a question about the armory. Will the clan owners or who ever is in charge of the armory, have some sort of way to set a weapon hand back date, so the equipment cant be stolen. Or would it be like a clan loan so the member cannot leave until the weapon is handed back to the clan?
