| the plat market now. when you post you pay the 5% listing fee and when you change your price you need to pay again. correct me if i am wrong, once you list your plats and decide to reprice, if price is lower there should be no more listing fee. For price adjustment higher than original posting, it's okay to pay the additional fee. |
